These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ExpenseSyncBot ("the Bot", "we", "us"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ExpenseSyncBot is a Telegram bot that allows you to track expenses in group chats and sync them to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. The Bot provides expense categorization, multi-currency support, budget tracking, and AI-powered expense analysis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Google Account Authorization

• To sync expenses to Google Sheets, you must authorize the Bot to access your Google account via OAuth 2.0.
• The Bot only creates and edits spreadsheets it has created. It does not access any other files on your Google Drive.
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions or delete all data with the /disconnect command.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of expense data you enter.
• You must not use the Bot for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with the Bot's operation.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or financial decisions made based on the Bot's output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. AI-Powered Features

The Bot includes AI-powered features for expense analysis and advice. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial advice.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
